Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-14
Wheels Up NYC is operated by GetJobbed. This policy describes what data the Site actually collects — it's short because the Site doesn't do much with your data: there are no accounts, no login, and no email collection anywhere on the Site.
What we collect
- Server request logs. Our hosting provider (Railway) logs standard request data (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user agent) for operating and securing the Site. We don't attach this to an identity.
- Fare and deal data. Stored in our database (Supabase) — this is public airfare information, not data about you.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. See Google's privacy policy for how that's handled.
- Affiliate and outbound links. Booking links send you to Expedia, Aviasales / Travelpayouts, or another travel site. Once you click through, that site's own cookies and privacy practices apply — we don't control them. See our affiliate disclosure.
We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking on the Site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies you encounter after clicking a booking link come from that third-party site, not from us.
How we use what we collect
Server logs are used only to operate, secure, and debug the Site. We don't sell data, and we don't share request logs with anyone beyond our hosting provider's normal operation of the service.
Your rights — EU/UK visitors (GDPR)
If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because the Site collects so little (see above), there is typically nothing beyond anonymized server logs to act on — but you can still reach out at hello@flycheap.nyc with any request.
Your rights — California visitors (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. You can submit a request to hello@flycheap.nyc.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site changes. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
