Wheels Up NYC (the “Site”) is operated by GetJobbed, a sole proprietorship registered in the State of New Jersey. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

What the Site does

The Site tracks published airfare data from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark and surfaces fares that appear unusually low compared to their own recent price history, including “mistake fares” (price errors). The Site is not a travel agency and does not sell tickets, process payments, or hold any booking on your behalf. Every booking link sends you to the airline or a third-party travel site to complete the transaction directly with them.

Fare accuracy

Prices shown are cached snapshots from a third-party fare data feed, not a live, guaranteed quote. A fare can change, sell out, or fail to ticket between the time it's posted and the time you try to book it — this happens more often with mistake fares, which are frequently corrected or voided by the airline. We do not manually verify, call in, or test-book any fare before it's published; flagging is done automatically against each route's own price history. Affiliate links and compensation

Some booking links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click through and book, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Commission does not influence which fares are shown or how they're ranked. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Third-party sites and airlines

Once you leave the Site to book, you're subject to that airline's or travel site's own terms, fare rules, and privacy practices. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, what happens on those sites.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and code are owned by GetJobbed unless otherwise noted. Destination photography is credited separately where required by its license.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Site outside of what our robots.txt permits, and don't use the Site to build a competing fare-tracking product from our data.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetJobbed is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including a fare that changes, sells out, or fails to ticket, or any transaction completed on a third-party site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GetJobbed harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
